Hi, I’m Nikki, a physiotherapist based in Helensvale.

I have a background in physiotherapy and exercise science, with experience working with children, neurological rehabilitation, and active populations. I enjoy working with people at all stages of life, from supporting children’s movement development through to helping adults recover from injury and return to the activities they enjoy.

My Approach

My approach to physiotherapy is practical, goal-focused, and individually tailored.

I focus on:

  • Supporting movement and function in a way that fits into everyday life

  • Building strength, confidence, and long-term independence

  • Using exercise-based strategies to support recovery and performance

  • Working closely with individuals and families to achieve meaningful goals

For children, I take a family-centered approach, creating a supportive and engaging environment that encourages participation and confidence in movement.

Who I Work With

I work with a range of clients, including:

  • Children requiring support with movement development

  • Adults recovering from injury or managing ongoing conditions

  • NDIS participants (self-managed and plan-managed)

  • Active individuals returning to sport, gym, or exercise

I also collaborate and consult with gyms, coaches, and fitness communities to support injury prevention and safe return to activity.

Background & Experience

I have experience working in:

  • Paediatric physiotherapy, including support for coordination and motor development

  • Neurological rehabilitation, focusing on mobility, strength, and functional independence

  • Return to sport and exercise for active individuals

This broad experience allows me to tailor treatment to a wide range of needs and goals.
